Formatting Text and Using the Format Painter

First you will select all the text on the page by holding down the left mouse button and dragging over it (shortcut: hold down the Ctrl key and press A). You will change the font of the entire document to Microsoft Sans Serif with the size of 9.5. This is found on the Home tab of the ribbon.

Change the Profile Trait Names to font size 10 with bold formatting then use the format brush to format the remaining nine traits.

Change the color of each trait name to the following:

Inquirers - Blue
Knowledgeable - Red
Thinkers - Purple
Communicators - Green
Principled - Orange
Open-minded - Blue
Caring - Red
Risk-Takers - Purple
Balanced - Green
Reflective - Orange

To change the font color drag over the text then select the color from the text color drop down list. The font properties are found on the home tab on the ribbon. Make use of the format paint when using the same color!!
