Insert Ten Text boxes That Contain the IB Learner Profile Traits
Before entering your text boxes you will need to format the title to appear before text. Click on the title and then select the WordArt Format tab. Then select the Text Wrapping button to access the drop down menu.

Select In Front of Text from the drop down menu.

Now you will insert the text boxes. With the Insert tab selected click Text box then choose Mod Quote:
Open your word document yourname_tablesandgraphs. Select your first IB Learner profile text by holding down the left mouse and dragging over it. Then click the copy button
on the Home tab.

Return to your document yourname_posters where you just entered your first text box. Click back on the text box to select is and with the home tab selected select Paste > Paste Special:
Then select Unformatted Text:
Your text box should look like the one below. You will need to resize the box to get it ready to copy and paste.

Your text box should be resized to look similar to the one below. Remember you will be copy and pasting nine more boxes in the poster. As well as having room for all your text boxes you will also include you ten graphics. Keep this in mind as you resize your text box.

Once you have the text box the size you want it you need to copy and paste it nine times. A shortcut for copy and pasting is to select the graphic and while holding down the Ctrl key just pull click on the original and drag out a copy. You will see a tiny plus sign letting you know it is in copy paste mode. You will do this 9 times.
