Insert a Table Row Above the Top Row That Will Appear As Your Table Header and Merge Cells
Place your cursor anywhere in the top row of your table. Click on the Table Tools Layout Tab and select Insert Above in the Rows and Columns section.

Your table should now look like this.
You will need to merge the top row so that it has only one cell. Drag across the top row selecting all five cells then click Merge Cells.

Enter the text "IB Learner Profile Strives to be......." in the top merged row and center align it. Your table should now look like this:
