Open a new flash document and change the document size to 450 X 100 and choose a background color of your choice.
Click on the Text tool and type out some text on the stage.
Select the text by clicking on it with the selection tool and click Modify>Convert to Symbol (or click F8 which is the short cut key.
Name the symbol name_mc and click Movie Click as the behavior:
Align the text to the stage:
Click on the 10th, 20th, and 30th frame and press F6 to insert keyframes:
Select the Freeform Transition tool and stretch the text until it meets both the left and right side of the movie. click on the top handle and shrink it down:
Click on the 30th frame and repeat the previous step.
While you are still on the 30th frame, click the text with the selection tool to make it active.
On the properties panel choose Alpha from the colors drop down menu and set the transparency to 10%:
Click back in frame 1 and select the text on the stage with the selection tool.
On the properties panel set the color to alpha and transparency to 10% as you did in the last step.
Click up on the Timeline in frame 1 and on the Properties panel select Motion from the Tween options. Set the east to 100:
Click in frame 20 and on the Properties Panel select motion from the Tween options but this time set the Ease to -100:
