PrintKey 2000 Instructions

Once Printkey is Installed on your computer, the Printkey icon will appear at the bottom-right corner of monitor screen, next to the clock. 

Have the graphic you want saved showing in your browser or document window. Either press the Print Scn key at the top right on your keyboard or double-click the Printkey icon to open Printkey.

This has taken a picture of the entire screen. To get just the photo from the webpage click the rectangle button at the top of the screen, which then closes the printkey window,

then drag over just the photo.

This will bring you back to the Printkey program. You will then select the save key:

which brings up the save dialog box. You will need to select jpg file format and assign it a descriptive name.

Make sure you save it to your student folder.
