Students will:

• make decisions on real life simulations that you that will directly influence the cash flow of their lemonade/hot chocolate business.
• keep track of their daily expenditures and revenues on a daily log sheet for twenty-one days.
• take this data and enter it into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet where mathematical formulas will be entered to determine their profit or losses.
• generate charts and graphs in Excel that will reflect the business operations for the twenty-one days.
• create a Power Point presentation that will reflect what they learned from this business venture in order to help other young business entrepreneurs.
