Now you will create a CSS Style for all of your H2 headings that will place a blue background behind the text which you will format white.
Click the plus sign at the bottom of the CSS Styles panel.
When the New CSS Rule dialog box opens select Tag for the Selector type, h2 as selector name, make sure the This document only is selected then click OK.
At the type section select white as the color.
At the Background section choose blue (#0E2D63).
Click OK to apply the CSS style to all of your H2 headings.
Here is what one of your h2 headings should look like. Note, this should apply the blue background to all of the H2 headings on the page.
