Adding Borders to the Menu Items

In the CSS Styles panel again double click the ul.MenuBarHorizontal a to open its dialog box.

Select the Border category and select a border style and color. My choice of border is shown below:

Center align text on menu bar by clicking the css style of the unordered list of the Menu Bar's list item shown below:

Select the Block category and choose center for Text-align.
