1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon peeled, minced ginger
1 pound lean ground pork
2 tablespoons Chinese chile garlic sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
4 to 5 ounces corn tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Muenster
3 ounces napa cabbage, finely shredded
3 to 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 green onion, chopped
