Creating Web Page Forms with HTML
You have decided to add a new product to your business line and want input from your customers. The company has already established a presence on the World Wide Web with pages that describe the company's products and where their products can be found. Now, you would like to improve upon their presence by creating an interactive form that will get customers involved in what this new product will be. You will actually create a JavaScript program that will calculate numbers for a personality contest. This is just another gimmick to get more visits to your site. While I will use Devilish Delights Ice Cream as my example, you will have to create your own program that will go along with your product line. To participate, customers would fill out an online form. The person who creates the most innovative product for your business line, will receive $5,000 and random drawings from the remaining entries will win products from your product line. You will determine the number of random drawing and what the prizes will be for your business. This information will be listed on the home page of your business web site you created last 9 weeks. You will need to add a link to your home page that will open the interactive forms page. You will also redo your home page, using the same information, but you will give it a new look.
