Assigning a Name to Frames Page Allowing Section Pages to Open in Home Frame

Open your frames page in Notepad. You are now going to give the head, section, and home2 page a distinct name. The syntax is Name=DistinctName. My source code is shown below:

Now we need to let the sections page know that I want to open the pages in the home2.html frame I assigned the name Right. Open your sections page and just above the </head> tag assign the syntax <base target="nameofhome2frame">. My source code is shown below:
