Learning Objective:

Students will:

  • create a decorative word presentation using WordArt.
  • use AutoShapes on the Drawing Toolbar to create unique shapes.
  • use the fill tool on the Drawing Toolbar to add color to shapes.
  • align and distribute objects using the draw tool on the Drawing Toolbar.
  • flip and rotate objects using the draw tool on the Drawing Toolbar.
  • use the landscape orientation for page layout at the Page Setup dialog box.
  • include a decorative art page border using the Borders and Shading dialog box.
  • include a decorative font.
  • become acquainted with the different line options on the drawing toolbar.
  • use the spell and grammar features in Microsoft Word to correct spelling and grammar errors.
