Inservice Points Presentation Guidelines

Presentation uses a design template from the gallery or one you have created.

Presentation includes pictures relevant to topic. Include at least two of the following formats: clipart, photos, animations.

Pictures are compressed and do not include white backgrounds (exception: animated gifs).

Pictures match the color format of your template, recoloring clipart if necessary.

AutoShapes were used to create a graphic and complements the topic of the presentation.

If including a chart, it is formatted to match the color theme of your template.

Transitions are used between slides.

Custom animations are used and timing is appropriate to presentational speed.

A custom drawn motion path is evident in presentation.

The animation order is logical for the presentation of information.

Action buttons or invisible buttons were included in presentation.

Sound files or media files are included in presentation that complement the theme.
