Apply Heading 2 Styles to Titles on Each Page

Go to the page that is numbered 1 (which is really the second page of the document). Select the title on the page "Behave professionally" and apply a heading 2 style (Home tab > Styles > Heading 2).

Select Title

Your title should now look like this:

Heading 2 Applied to Title

Continue adding a heading 2 style to the rest of the titles on pages 2-20. Remember you can use the Find > Go to feature on the Home tab to quickly navigate through your document. Another helpful tip is to use the format painter to format the heading 2 text. The format painter is located on the Home tab Format Painter. Once you have the heading 2 applied to the text click the format painter. When you go to the next heading you will notice that your cursor has a paint brush attached to it. Just drag over the text to apply the heading 2 style to it.

Create a New Style

Now you are going to create a new style that you will use for the paragraphs on each page. You will set margins, place a border around the text, and change the font face.

On your page numbered 1, select the paragraph text by dragging over it.
