Apply Heading 2 Styles to Titles on Each Page
Go to the page that is numbered 1 (which is really the second page of the document). Select the title on the page "Behave professionally" and apply a heading 2 style (Home tab > Styles > Heading 2).

Your title should now look like this:

Continue adding a heading 2 style to the rest of the titles on pages 2-20. Remember you can use the Find > Go to feature on the Home tab to quickly navigate through your document. Another helpful tip is to use the format painter to format the heading 2 text. The format painter is located on the Home tab
. Once you have the heading 2 applied to the text click the format painter. When you go to the next heading you will notice that your cursor has a paint brush attached to it. Just drag over the text to apply the heading 2 style to it.
Create a New Style
Now you are going to create a new style that you will use for the paragraphs on each page. You will set margins, place a border around the text, and change the font face.
On your page numbered 1, select the paragraph text by dragging over it.

Set Paragraph Margins
With the Home tab selected click the more button on the Paragraph panel.

This opens the paragraph dialog box. Set the Indention of the Left and Right margins to 0.5". Click OK to set the indentions.

Your paragraph should now appear indented on both sides.

Pace a Border Around Text
With your text still selected on the Home tab click the borders button and select Outside Borders.

Your paragraph should now look like this:

Change the Font Face And Size
The last thing is to change the font type and size. With the text still selected with the Home tab selected change the font to Lucida Handwriting size 12.

Your paragraph should now look like this:

Save Selection as New Quick Style
With the text still selected click the more button on the Style section on the Home tab:

Select Save Selection as a New Quick Style.

This open the Create New Style from Formatting dialog box. Assign the name Tips Paragraph to the new style. Click OK to assign the new styles to the styles panel.

Your new style should now appear in the styles panel.

Apply Styles to the Remaining Paragraphs
By creating a new style it is now easy to apply them to the rest of the text. Go to page numbered 2. Select the text then click the Tips Paragraph style in the styles section. It will apply all three formatting at once.

The last page of the document does not contain a paragraph so you don't need to do anything to page numbered 20.
