Add Additional Page Titles

Place your cursor below the paragraph on the index page and click the center alignment option on the Home tab.

Type in the first category title then press the enter key. Type in the five remaining category titles, pressing the enter key between each one. Your page should now look like this but with your category names replacing the names of my categories.
