Insert Picture, Text, and Horizontal Rule
Insert Logo and Address Information Aligned to the Center
With your cursor at the top of the index document window click the center align button
located on the Home tab to place your cursor on the center of the page.
With the Insert tab selected click picture then navigate to your Web Page folder and select your logo.
Press the enter key then type in the following information replacing my information with your fictitious business information.

Insert a Horizontal Line
Position the insertion point (your curser) on the blank line under the company URL. With the Home tab selected, click the Borders button located in the Paragraph section of the ribbon and select Horizontal Line from the drop down menu.

Your document should now have a horizontal rule which appears below your address information.

Format Horizontal Rule
Now you will add Height and Color to your horizontal rule that will complement your logo. Click on the horizontal line then right click and select Format Horizontal Line from the drop down menu.

At the Format Horizontal Line dialog box change the Height and Color. Make sure the Center Align icon is selected.

Your horizontal line should now be formatted with a color and height.

Format Horizontal Line with Borders and Shading
I want a more decorative horizontal line. No problem!! Click on the horizontal line to select it and this time select Borders and Shading.

At the Borders and Shading dialog box click on the Horizontal Line button.

Scroll through the list of Horizontal Lines. Select the one that would go best with the color theme of the page.

This is what my new horizontal line looks like. To make the line longer you will need to format the line the same way you did with the line above.

Click on the horizontal line then right click and select Format Horizontal Line from the drop down menu. Now you have different options for the picture horizontal line. You can change the width and height of your line until as well as set the alignment. Make sure the alignment is set to center.

Resave your page.
