Viewing Slides
Now you will complete several task that have to do with viewing your slides.
View each slide at 92%.
In Normal View with the View tab selected click the Zoom button.

Place the value 92 as shown below:

Set the slide size so each slide is 12.5" wide and 9" high.
Click the Design tab and then click the Page Setup button to open the Page Setup dialog box.

Enter the values for the width and the height.

View Slides in Gray Scale
With the View tab selected click the Gray scale button.

Return the slide back to color by clicking the Back to Color View button

View Slides in Black and White
To view slides in black and white click the Black and White button .

Return the slide back to color by clicking the Back to Color View button

Test Your PowerPoint Presentation by Playing the Slide Show
At any time you may want to test out your slide show. You can do this by playing the complete slide show from the beginning, or simply from the current slide forward.
Play Complete Slide Show
Click on the Slide Show tab of the ribbon. In the Start Slide Show section at the left end of the ribbon, click on the From Beginning button. Alternatively you may simply press the F5 key on the keyboard to play the complete slide show at any time.

Since you have set the slide show to run automatically sit back and watch the slide show. You can adjust timing as you view the show, adding more time for slides that are presented too fast and subtracting time for the slides that stay on too long.
Play the Slide Show from the Current Slide
Forward Click on the Slide Show tab of the ribbon. In the Start Slide Show section at the left end of the ribbon, click on the From Current Slide button.

Using the Annotate Feature in PowerPoint
View presentation as a slide show . Advance to the slide titled "Simpson Achievements" and circle the sentence that reads "Has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame" with the pen tool. You will not save the the annotation.
Play the slide show from the beginning. When you reach the Simpson Achievements slide right click on the canvas and choose Pointer Options > Pen.

While holding down your left mouse button draw a circle around the sentence as shown below:

Press the Esc key. You will then be prompted to Keep and Discard the ink annotation. For this activity you will Discard it, returning the slide to its original condition.

Self-Running Presentations
Self-running presentations are a great way to communicate information without having to have someone available to run a slide show presentation. For example, you might want to set up a presentation to run unattended in a booth or kiosk at a trade show or convention, or send a CD with a self-running slide show to a client.
Set Up Slide Show Browsed at a Kiosk
On the Slide Show menu, click Set Up Show.

Under Show type, click Browsed at a kiosk (full screen). NOTE If you set up a slide show to run at a kiosk, remember to also add automatic timings or navigation hyperlinks or action buttons. Otherwise, the slide show will show only the first slide.

Set Up Slide Show Browsed by an Individual
On the Slide Show menu, click Set Up Show.

Under Show type, click Browsed by an individual.
